Body tone

  • We use a vast array of dumbbell weights depending on the session

  • HiiT stands for High Intensity Interval Training
  • What this means is that we spike the heart rate up and then bring it down with regular breaks
  • This is a fun way of incorporating, pulse and body tone in the one class
